Registration Information

If you are planning on registering your child to attend our school, please bring the following items with you:

Proof of address
- Utility bill - Electric, cable, water, phone or current housing lease agreement
Birth Certificate
Health Record - Immunizations and TB MUST be done prior to starting school AND a physical exam
Student Release or Last Report Card from Previous School
